Meet your challenges head-on with 300 Series skid steer loaders from New Holland. The L320 is designed to make your workday more productive and comfortable with noteworthy dump height and reach, swift cycle times, and time-saving travel speeds.


New Holland Tier 4 Final engines use less fuel while still delivering a powerful 67 HP (50 kW) performance to the L320. The reliable hydraulic system delivers fast cycle times, raising in just 3.5 seconds and lowering in only 2.3 seconds. In-line hydraulic pumps produce less noise and provide extra-smooth operation. Add the optional Ride Control and Self Level to make those long work days easier and more productive.


The dual-range transmission on the L320 provides standard low-range travel speeds of up to 7.8 mph (12.5 kph) and 153 lbs/ft (208 Nm) @1800 rpm of peak torque power to save time on and between job sites. New Holland’s long 44.4-inch (1128 mm) wheelbase gives you stability and smooth riding comfort. The newly available creep mode on EH models provides greater control for slow-speed operations like trenching.


Patented Super Boom® vertical lift linkage on the L320 provides a maximum 91.7 inches (2330 mm) of dump height and a maximum 29.8 inches (758 mm) in dump height reach, allowing you to precisely place loads in the center of high-sided truck boxes or hoppers.


The LCD display with an integrated back-up camera helps you operate a 300 Series loader with greater ease and confidence. At 8 inches in size and mounted conveniently on the right forward post, the LCD display puts all the information and tools for greater productivity right where you need it. The display provides key operation data, including engine and performance information, RPM, fuel level, battery voltage, hydraulic oil temperature, engine temperature, and trip screen. The integrated backup camera increases visibility to the rear of the loader, improving operator efficiency and safety. You can set the camera for “always on” or to engage only when shifting the loader into reverse gear.


The 300 Series cab is one of the widest in the industry, with more headroom and shoulder room to accommodate any operator. Visibility remains best in the business, with an unobstructed view to the back and a clear sightline to the loader bucket through the huge glass door. A see-through area on the cab roof provides the operator a clear view of the bucket at full height.


Long service intervals and easy access to maintenance points reduce downtime and lost revenue. All daily service points are grouped together and the rear door and hood make it easy to access without tools. The entire cab and boom assembly tilts forward for unrivaled entry to components and easy cab cleanout.
